An alkylating antitumor agent. It is used as a component of chemotherapy, as well as in preparation (conditioning) regimens for bone marrow transplantation.
Alkylating agent, used as part of complex therapy, in combination with other chemotherapeutic drugs in hematologic and oncologic diseases.
Antineoplastic and immunomodulating drug. It is used as part of antitumor combination therapy of acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL).
Macrocyclic antibiotic. Intended for the treatment of intestinal infection caused by Clostridium difficile in children over 6 months of age and adults.
Antitumor agent. Used for induction and maintenance of remission of relapsed/refractory acute promyelocytic leukemia after retinoid treatment and chemotherapy.
The first representative of inhibitors of the ROCK-2 signaling pathway that modulates inflammatory and fibrotic processes in the body. Approved for the treatment of chronic graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) in adult patients and children over 12 years of age as third-line systemic therapy.
A combination drug containing two different antibodies, namely relatlimab (LAG-3 blocker) and nivolumab (PD-1 blocker). It is used for the treatment of adult patients and children over 12 years of age diagnosed with inoperable or metastatic melanoma.
An inhibitor of the pyrophosphate analog of DNA polymerase. An antiviral drug that is primarily used to treat infections caused by viruses of the Herpesviridae family. One of the main indications for use is cytomegalovirus retinitis in patients with acquired immunodeficiency syndrome. It is also used as part of combination antiviral therapy.
Antiviral agent. Blocks the reproduction of cytomegalovirus (CMV) by disrupting the production of viral DNA. Cytomegalovirus disease in patients after allogeneic transplantation.
Tyrosine kinase inhibitor. Used for the treatment of chronic myeloleukemia in the chronic phase, acceleration phase, or blast crisis in patients who are resistant to dasatinib or nilotinib; intolerant of dasatinib or nilotinib and in patients for whom follow-up therapy with imatinib is not clinically warranted; or who have a T3I5I BCR-ABL mutation. And for the treatment of Philadelphia chromosome (Ph+) acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) in patients who are resistant to or intolerant of dasatinib; in patients for whom follow-up therapy with imatinib does not appear to be clinically warranted; or who have a T3I5I BCR-ABL mutation.
The first and only FDA-approved drug specifically designed to reduce the risk of ototoxicity in cisplatin treatment of localized solid tumors without metastases. Pedmark has been shown to reduce the risk of cisplatin-induced hearing loss. Sodium thiosulfate is approved for patients 1 month of age and older.
The FDA has granted breakthrough therapy status to maribavir (maribavir) for the treatment of cytomegalovirus, herpes beta virus infection in immunocompromised patients, including organ or stem cell transplant recipients.
It is indicated for the prevention and treatment of human cytomegalovirus disease in organ or stem cell transplant recipients who are resistant or refractory to previous treatment with ganciclovir, valganciclovir, cidofovir or foscarnet.
